Our P&C sales process is called the InsuraRisk Sales System. It is what it says, “Insure A Risk.” The definition of insurance is the transfer of the possibility of a loss (risk) to an insurance company. Learn how to sell insurance the best way that builds trust and relationships with your customers and insures them with the best polices. Our process increases closing ratios, cross-sells, increases client retention, generates more referrals, and insures with optimism.
Life Insurance Training
Our Life insurance sales process we will walk you through our 3P's of placing a policy. When we follow these three steps, we know the policies we put in force are right for the client, right for the agent, and right for the company. All three win! Learn how to effectively sell Term and Permanent polices. We help you understand the different uses of life insurance, so you can begin talking about them with your clients. From business uses, to succession planning, and guaranteed insurability.
Employee Training and 4 Week Onboarding
Your Employees have access to this coaching as well! Set your team members up for success with 6 Modules of high-intensity training and coaching, helping them with mindset, selling, objection handling, servicing, and insurance knowledge. This course also acts as a training course on day one for your brand new team member to be their roadmap to top performance within four weeks at the agency.
Bimonthly Group Coaching and Accelerator Events
Each month, you’ll be invited to a live training with me and guest experts to discuss a new topic each month or dive deep on a learning topic to help you with your learning and top performance. As well as a Group Application Session each month where you can turn your learning into application. Our Accelerator Events are a full day of in depth learning and application to accelerate the process to create the business and life you want.
